The ABUS TITALIUM™ 98TI Series Padlock delivers outstanding high-security performance and exceptional attack resistance in a remarkably lightweight package, making it an excellent choice for demanding commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications where the proven security architecture of a monoblock sliding bolt padlock is required without the weight penalty of traditional brass or steel construction. Built from TITALIUM™ special aluminium alloy — a proprietary high-strength, low-weight alloy — and fitted with a 12 mm hardened steel sliding bolt shackle that rotates under attack, the 98TI Series combines maximum physical attack resistance with the significant weight advantages of TITALIUM™ construction.

Designed with a hardened steel pin protecting the narrow side of the lock body against saw attacks, a high precision reversible keyway offering up to 150,000 key differs, and an automatic locking function allowing convenient locking without a key, the 98TI Series provides uncompromising high-security protection where conventional padlocks fall short. Purpose-designed for applications including roller shutters, large containers, warehouses, garages, lorries, and high-security perimeter gates, the 98TI Series is available in 70 mm and 90 mm body sizes with a uniform key type across both variants for simplified key management.
