The ABUS TITALIUM™ 80TI Series Padlock delivers an exceptional combination of high security, lightweight construction, and outstanding corrosion resistance, making it an excellent choice for demanding indoor and outdoor applications where strength and durability are paramount. Built from TITALIUM™ special aluminium — a proprietary high-strength, low-weight alloy — and fitted with a hardened steel shackle featuring NANO PROTECT™ coating, the 80TI Series is engineered to provide maximum protection while remaining remarkably light in use.

Designed with a chrome-plated cylinder plug for additional corrosion protection and available across four body sizes with long shackle (HB) variants, the 80TI Series scales from dependable everyday security up to high security classification on the larger 50 mm and 60 mm models. The consistently uniform key type across all variants simplifies key management across mixed installations, while the keyed alike option provides further flexibility for multi-lock applications.
